This refund policy applies to all purchases made through Convoboost services.
1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. However, due to the nature of our digital
automation service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase
date.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due
to technical problems on our end
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same
service
- Service Not as Described: If the core features of our service do not function as
advertised
- Unauthorized Charges: If you were charged without your authorization
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Instagram/Facebook policy changes that affect automation capabilities
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Issues arising from third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook) beyond our control
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase
4. Pro Plan Subscription Refunds
For our Pro Plan monthly subscriptions (₹99/month):
- Refunds are prorated based on unused days in the current billing cycle
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided under eligible scenarios
listed above
- If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing
period
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order ID or transaction reference
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method
- For PhonePe payments, refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
7. Disputed Charges
If you notice an unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us immediately before disputing the
charge with your bank or payment provider. We can often resolve billing issues quickly and directly.
8. Free Plan
Our Free Plan does not involve any charges, so refund policies do not apply. However, if you experience
technical issues with the Free Plan, please contact our support team for assistance.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately
upon posting on our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new
policy.
